Sep 2009 at 23:07 I meant I was a tester between FA rc2.4 to FA rc3.0 , and ofcource I know I am not on the FA:S list.I meant I submitted my app for FA:S testing months ago and never got a reply back....I too am getting bored of COD,that and I have been playing the Stalker series over again.

If you've been a tester and are not sure of your status, PLEASE stop by the FA:S tester forum and check in!

There are several [PoP] that can test but don't and the FA:S team is cleaning out the roles. If you can or want to keep testing, please be sure to check in! We really need the people- we're at the point we can almost get the server full on a test time and we really need to do that consistently before beta to see how the servers handle the load.

Also... this thing is looking absolutely great. With this last patch, many of the maps have been changed which greatly enhanced gameplay... it's looking better than it ever has and a couple of testers have even played FA:2 and said there is no comparison... we're kicking it's ass. The more who can help test, the sooner this thing can be released.

Ok, The SVN Information is available and the testing is starting back up today at noon. This is the Orange Box engine code.

Be sure to installed Tortoise SVN and then set it up according to the instructions in the email. You have to download the entire content uncompressed so be prepared for it to take a while.

Once you have finished this. The Updates take only minutes. It is important to update just prior to joining the server on a test day.
