Me thinks this is the forum for posting if you're banned.   Start a new thread, post your name, your steam ID, who banned you  (if you know) the date/time and the infraction. 

Ya I know we don't have a server yet... just trying to get a jump on things.

that doesn't seem to be a very friendly approach.  I suggest that you overhaul the policy to leave them banned if they do not provide ample amounts of begging.
